Back in April a wonderful article from Katie Johnson at Phoenix News Times grabbed our interest as many of the key points in her article are continually kicked around our office frequently. MidModerns.com sight visited Phoenix back in 2010 for only a day and left with a wonderful impression on the quality of MCM properties throughout the area.

Sarasota, Florida and Columbus, Indiana should be honorably mentioned. These two incredible cities orchastrate Mid Century Moderns homes, businesses, schools, and city wide infrastructure such as bridges and county buildings.

If your looking for a new home please consider purchasing a Mid Century Modern property which have continually proven to increase in value slighter higher than there cookie cutter counter parts and have an architectual value when preserved correctly.
